By accessing or using LeanIQ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited commercial communication.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines at our discretion.

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant LeanIQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the Platform.

All Platform branding, design, and proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of LeanIQ. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Content you have posted may be retained in accordance with our data retention policies.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Content posted by users represents the views of the individual authors and does not constitute professional advice. LeanIQ is not liable for any decisions made based on user-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeanIQ's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
